Pandan Pudding with Ice-Cream

– 600g mixture of cooked sweet potato, pumpkin and banana
– 100g cooked corn, barley, red beans and ginkgo seeds
– 50g coconut meat
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1-2 teaspoons roated white sesame
